Power outages – Either Xcel Energy or Goodhue County Co-op
Your power company, to whom you pay your bill, is where you need to call when there is an electrical issue either nearby or in your home. They need your address and your account information to properly address the power issue. A service ticket needs to be done by the resident, not the city. Please contact your electric service provider for help.
Phone or Internet - Your provider - Nuvera, etc., also needs to be contacted directly to open a ticket. Please contact them if you have service issues.
